Booking & Deposits

All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Deposit amounts depend on the service type.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. We are not responsible if your preferred time becomes unavailable prior to payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
-
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the remaining balance.
-
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the full remaining cost of the service.
-
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and will incur the full remaining cost.
A $20 surcharge applies for services:

on Sundays or public holidays, or
-
outside regular business hours (before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM).
Allergies & Skin Concerns

Please notify us of any known allergies, skin conditions, or irritants before your appointment.

For makeup services, facial waxing or threading must be done at least four days prior. Treatments performed closer to the appointment may affect makeup application or cause irritation.

If you have contagious skin conditions or irritants, services may not be performed on the day.
Liability & Disclaimer
While every precaution is taken to ensure safe, high-quality services:

The Service Provider is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other issues if allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns are not disclosed in advance.
Photography & Media Release
By booking an appointment, you grant permission for photos of your makeup or hairstyle to be used for portfolio and promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and advertising, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Bridal & Group Bookings

A separate contract and deposit will be required, and specific terms may apply.

Quotation Terms

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client (service type, time, references, travel).

We are not responsible for discrepancies from incomplete or incorrect information.

All prices are accurate at the time of quoting but may change due to external factors (e.g., supply costs, fuel).

Additional work outside the original quote must be approved in writing before commencing.

Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these terms and confirms your booking.
